1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Intimate Bases, a web application provided by Ecom Sales Growth Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number [Your Company Number]), trading as Intimate Bases ("we", "us", or "our").

  • Free access to basic content ("To 2nd Base" pack with limited cards and features)
  • Paid content packs and features available for one-time purchase
  • Multiple game modes (Guided Journey, Free Play, Scenario Mode)
  • Custom content creation features (if purchased)

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

5.2 One-Time Purchases

All content packs and features are sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the product, contingent upon its continued viability to maintain and host. There are no recurring subscription fees unless explicitly stated.

5.3 Refund Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel digital content purchases. However, by purchasing and immediately accessing our digital content, you acknowledge that:

  • You expressly request immediate access to the digital content
  • You understand you will lose your right to cancel once you begin downloading or streaming the content

5.4 Discreet Billing

All charges will appear as "Ecom Sales" on your bank statement or credit card bill for discretion.

6. User Content

6.1 Custom Content

If you purchase the Custom Task Feature, you can create custom tasks and scenarios. By creating custom content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate your custom content anonymously into future expansion packs and promotional materials.

6.2 Content Standards

You agree not to create or submit content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Violates any intellectual property rights
  • Contains viruses or malicious code
  • Involves minors in any way
  • Depicts non-consensual activities

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Intimate Bases, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by Ecom Sales Growth Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Intimate Bases is designed for entertainment and relationship enhancement purposes only. We are not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or therapy. We make no guarantees about the effect our service will have on your relationship.

9.2 Service Availability

We provide the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the service.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Ecom Sales Growth Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9.4 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Purchased content access will be revoked, and no refunds will be provided except as required by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the application. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement
